DermaSilk® is an innovative line of therapeutic clothing created by Alpretec for people suffering from skin diseases and other skin problems (atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, fungal infections, etc.).

The effectiveness of the therapeutic clothing is based on the beneficial properties of pure silk fibrin, after a special weave, which has a permanent antimicrobial action without altering the normal flora of the skin and mucous membranes.

Dermasilk®'s innovative clothing technology is patented by Alpretec.

In 2009 DermaSilk® technology clothing was included in the European ETFAD / EADV protocol for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. The range includes underwear (men's, women's, children's), socks (with or without graduated compression) and accessories (gloves, masks and bandages).

All DermaSilk® clothing is included in the first class of European Community medical devices (Class I medical devices CE).

Dermasilk® and Atopic Dermatitis

DermaSilk® clothes are in accordance with the European EADV Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Atopic Dermatitis, where their use is recommended, even when the disease is mild. Thanks to its features, the DermaSilk® range is effective both in acute forms and during regression:
